Due to his sound education (he
has always been fascinated by great and irripetible lesson of
the impressionists with whom he has shared what we could define"the
feeling of transscience"), he has attended the "Casa Romana"
school of Master Carlo Marcantonio.
His landscape on one side and his
floreal foregrounds on the other, these last ones of sorrowful
and sensual lyricism are never expression of an external reality
but authentic pages of a suadente inner diary.
Each painting has intimist
connotations most of all for its array of colours but also for
the essentialism through which he exposes on canvas certain
blue-green apparitions. I also see in his paintings a dreaming
and folk tale metaphysical atmosphere as this good artist
through delicate lyric accents successfully expresses the
silence that becomes lent entity revived to our days.
Thanks to this silence from the waved and
caressing profile is placed in being a callback to the truthe
"altra" that after all is the reign of the light and dream but
most of all the reign of spirit. I think that cartain works,
above all the floreal ones mention before, are works of high
spirituality and spiritualizing gothic painting. The fuscination
of the spirit shown in his paintings reflects not only the
refinement of his spirit bau also the leson of his Master to who
goes an affectionate and rferring memory.

At the moment only in the
paintings and dreams of Marco Miglio grow these flowers,
children of stars that nobody sees anymore because veiled from
smoke and contrasted by brazenly bright light . However in the
nigth rebuilt by the painter , they become new flowers, shining
of theirs own light. The light our artist wants to give them.
The technique used in suc works is based on mixing coloured
pigments with only paint thet evidences effects, as to recall a
dreamt moon fallenin a field. Perhaps this has been more
spontaneous than intentional but only who knows marco Miglio
well can assert. The Curtural preparation of the painter is of
such refinement that undoubtedly his poetics is built on such
solid foundations of sure result: very his art comes to render
us less hostile this world that confuses industrial and
financial vehemence with the measure of human civilization.

The search of Marco Miglio
Marco Miglio appears as an untiring traveller in perpetually
wandering along the winding path of memory that leads from the
daily to the most idden, intimate spirituality and his march,
step by step, brings continuous acquaintance, meticolous
reflection, accurate analysis, turned and materialized into the
architectures of word and image. During the travel all is
revelation and ustonishment: the small
things of the living and existing reveal the great emotions, the
smothred pains, forgotten melancholy, the wonder of a discovery, the fascination approach to a metaphysical
time past, present, future, indistinct. That step by step, draws
up to a catches a mysterious, unknown place but immediately
becomes unapproachable. Miglio, as careful traveller of the
existence, documents all and his notes on this trip are like
haleidoscopes of inner spirituality, proposed in a twofold oral
and visual interpretation of human experience. His solitary and
personal act is to see the world through an infinitesimal survey.

spirit, trying to look for what has been, has vanished and what

the restlessness of human experience, allude to
uncommunicability, to paradoxes of life, to "Male di Vivere"

unexperienced experience of the dead, to the ineffabile

An ironic bitterness delineates
articulate and poignant images of thoughts. They are tormented pictures, they are
pieces of life cut and pasted on paper in a collage of personal
and universal feelings.
Sometimes words draw images, others
relate situations, atmospheres, stories of the spirit, always
fast, confident but concurring to evidence a feeling that gushes
from any element that encloses traces of daily humanity.
Every think has a role and a
place and Miglio penetrates inside highlighting its evocative
power, as if gestures and things have assumed ritual meanings
able to keep secrets and hold the symbols of a whole life.
The digital works, always
eloquently titled, reveal a magmatic, dense, full-bodied
consistency as if their carrying out demanded a stratification
of inner experience. The image show a physical vitality, as if
they are concretely able to symbolize physiological apparatuses
of the spirit. "Filamenti d'Anima" attracts us to a mysterious
agglomerate, in inner weaving made of spiritual chromatism that
encloses secret and symbolic messages. "Il Tunnel" and "The
Incidente" show clamor and dramatc tension illustrating the
unillustratable, areunequivocal evidence of a drama that only in
its rievocation has a meaning of semantic communication. They
show physical and mental experience, its sensation that gets
shape, colour, density and voice even if silent but sonorous.
"Soffio Vitale" is the synthesis of the energy that moves Miglio
in his creations, it's the casket of the essence of written and
digital works. Miglio knows well that "Soffio Vitale" is a
personal and claring experiment in which we can see the attempt,
very succesful, to join lirism and technology, interiority and
computer science, feeling and byte. He knows well to be a
protagonist of this uncertain and undefinable time, in which the
humanistic dimension is overwhelmed by the technological
dimension.
But Miglio knows that digital
work needs the uniqueness of a personal "soffio vitale" to be
communicative and vibrate independently.
